FAIRFAX, Va., March 17, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Crestline Hotels & Resorts LLC announced today that they are the new management company for the DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Wilmington — Legal District. The 217 guestroom, full-service hotel recently completed an extensive renovation and was purchased by ASAP International Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB:ASAE).
