Mr. Yuan has extensive experience in International Trading, Banking, Insurance, B2B Internet Commerce, United National Bank, EverTrust Bank, Western Cities Title Insurance Company, and ServAmerica National Title Insurance Company.
He successfully IPO a B2B Internet commerce company “Cyber Merchants Exchange” Ticker Symbol “CMEE” in 2000 specializing in selling overseas overstocked apparel to off-price retailers, such as Burlington Coat Factory, T.J. Maxx, etc. He also assisted multiple companies’ public listings on NASDAQ OTC, Frankfurt DAC and Singapore Stock Exchanges SGX. He has also organized the ASAP Apparel Sourcing Trade Show twice a year in Las Vegas Nevada piggyback the MAGIC show, the largest apparel trade show in the U.S. Exhibitors are clothing manufacturers from 12 producing countries in the world to meet up with domestic importers, agents, chain retail stores & department store buyers, etc.
Yuan earned a B.A. in Economics from Fu-Jen Catholic University in Taiwan in 1970 and M.B.A. from Utah State University in 1973.
Yuan founded the US Fu Jen University Foundation (“FJUF”) on May 23, 2001. For 24 years – FJUF raised $35M USD for the Fu Jen University in Taipei, Taiwan.
Jerome Yuan

Mr. Jerome Yuan is the head of our real estate private equity funds, specializing in commercial real estate and capital markets. He is in charge of ASAP acquisitions and dispositions of over 35 hotels in the past 15 years. Recently in 2019, he built 150 units transition housing to help fight the homeless problems in Los Angeles, working with government agencies and non-profit organizations. He was also actively involved in multiple public listings on OTC, Nasdaq, and Frankfurt Exchange via Reverse Mergers, Direct Listings, and IPO. Mr. Yuan holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from USC.
Mr. Jerome Yuan is a current Board member for the USC Arcadia Hospital starting from 2018. Jerome was instrumental in securing $250 Million pledge from USC to upgrade the facilities and rename the hospital from Methodist Hospital of Arcadia to USC Arcadia Hospital in early 2022.
Norbert Yuan

Mr. Norbert Yuan oversees hotel asset management, PIP and CapEX cost control. For the last 15 years, he supervised and spent more than $300M in the hotels’ PIP design to build and annual CapEX items as well. He received multiple best product awards from both Hilton and Marriott.
He manages the daily operation of a very profitable Chinese Cafeteria for Air China crews in our Doubletree by Hilton, San Pedro, Los Angeles Harbor. Mr. Yuan received the Master of Science degree from The City University of New York and a bachelor’s degree in physics from National Central University in Taiwan. His experiences include VP of International Brand Management Consultants in China and managing the “Pear Mountain Ranch” orchard in Bakersfield, CA., and a Restaurant commercial real estate development in Las Cruces, NM.
